Policy:
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within
seven days of receipt for a refund or exchange, less deductions
for postage and packaging. We require all items to be returned
by recorded delivery.

A refund will be made in the same form as payment was received.
Any
returned items must be in perfect condition, in original packaging
and with security tag attached.
Delivery:
All orders will be despatched within seven days.
Postage:
All orders will be sent by first class Royal Mail recorded
delivey and will require a signature.

We
will do our best to ensure that www.proposals.co.uk is available
at all times although this is not guaranteed. Certain periods
will be required to make essential updates and to carry out
general maintenance work. We will endeavour to keep this to
a minimum.
Payment:
Orders can be placed online. Full payment is required when
placing an order by debit or credit card. All orders are inclusive
of 17.5% VAT.

Items purchased by credit or debit card are placed by our
secure server (PayPal).
Account
Information:
We store your address information along with usernames and
passwords, but not sensitive credit card data. It is your
responsibility to protect your username and password. |
